In partnership with our clients, we begin organizational assessments using internal and external research, benchmarking and competitor assessments to determine the skill sets & talents needed to drive current business objectives and long- term strategies. This helps in establishing overarching critical success factors as well as in-depth analysis of function specific strengths and gaps. Once training needs are identified, we work using a variety of training models from classroom based sessions to establishing coaching methodologies and ‘stretch’ assignments to routinely broaden, strengthen and refine individual and organizational capabilities.
